Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions and payment extension/service requests. Repair trust, locate resources for problem resolution and design best-option solutions. Interface daily with internal partners in Sales Department, Accounting Department, Research & Development Department, Planning Department, operations and consumer affairs.
Duties:
• Responding promptly to customer enquiries- always in a professional and efficient manner.
• Responsible for taking care of US customer (one of two biggest customers).
• Using the in-house system to record necessary information and instigate actions as required.
• Dealing efficiently with questions and queries from customers.
• Directing requests and unresolved issues to other colleagues.
• Receiving Purchase Order from customers, follow up closely with standard lead-time for production or other required ship-date from customers.
• Keeping up to date with all the company’s product, services and procedures.
• Making reports for Managers and outstanding report for customers.
• Dealing with service issues from customer about the company’s products.
