 Position: Shipping Controller
 Place: QUATRON STEEL JSC. – My Xuan B1 Industrial zone, Tan Thanh Dist, Ba Ria-Vung Tau
 Field of Business: Processing and producing steel structure products.
 Description of works:
- Contact partner for shipping schedule, making shipping schedule for every projects.
- Estimate quantity of containers that need for each project,
- Make decision for packing style for each shipment.
- Make monitoring plan to follow up steel structure from factory
- Arrange and make plan for trucks come to factory.
- Follow and update items remain in warehouse then make plan for next shipment.
- Booking vessel to transport to client’s side.
- Assure client getting goods as schedule.
- Prepare and check all documents for shipping (B/L, C/O, contract, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Fumigation Certificate, shipping instruction …)
- Prepare production norm, materials list for export mode such as import then process and export
- Contact forwarder for custom declaration to clear.
- Compose production norm in export mode such as import then export, import processing then export…
- Monitor product code, HS code for every time submitting importing list to Custom.
- Follow up liquidation for Import export customs declaration, monitor export-import-balance materials with Customs.
- Cooperate with account department to follow sales revenue and make payment request to client.
- Collect and send original documents to client.
- Report every week to manager

 Description of works:
• Export:
- Doing transaction with customer through email, phones, meet customer, introduce products of Company sell products such as office furniture (table, chair, cabinet, partition, fire resistant safe boxes), models of chair that using in cinema, theater, public places, school furniture, hospital furniture...
- Making appointment with customers to introduce commodities, leading customers to show around the factory and talk about technology and material as well.
- Send quotation and introduce of commodities to customers.
- Receiving orders from customers.
- Make monitoring plan to follow up items from factory
- Receiving and processing claims and complaints from customers.
- Prepare B/L, compose Invoice, Packing List, Contract, C/O...

- Compose and Send PO to suppliers, follow up items to factory, assure all materials comes to factory on time, searching for more new suppliers. Make price comparison sheet for approval
- Prepare all documents for open L/C, checking LC, Fumigation Certificate …clearance at custom office.
- Check received quantity; send claims to suppliers (if any)
- Storing data into system, reporting to manager every day.
