- Making sales plan and forecasting the sales-out amount for month, quarter and year to achieve the target.
- Doing marketing activities such as promotion, rebate, incentive program, product launch, catalogue, brochure, leaflet, poster, voucher, etc.
- Building and developing brand image for Daelux, Dawoo, Hanil, for example, outdoor advertising board, indoor brand board, display shelf, etc.
- Managing, giving trainings and supports to salesmen and PGs to increase turnover.
- Negotiating with buyers or P.I.C about terms and conditions such as payment, delivery, warrantee, sales policy, etc.
- Establishing, maintaining and developing the good relationship with buyers or P.I.C.
- Collecting and analyzing the market information, competitors and business performance, then reporting to General Director so as to have an action plan in time.
Lý do thôi việc: The company doesn't do business in HCM area anymore.
