 Facility Improvement Team
Duties: Main responsible for Pickling Colling Mill Line – the top Line in Posco Viet Nam
- To make the failure report for General Manager when the trouble occur
- Management eAM systems include: Work Order, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance
- Monthly count failure rate and solution to reach KPI target
- To improvement the facility to decrease cost & wastes
- Design & sketch equipments by Auto Cad to change new and buy spare part
- To make the maintenance schedule & standard of maintenance
 Outsourcing Repairing Team (MRO member):
Duties: Responsible for all types of outsourcing repairing services needs for the maintenance department
- Supervised work performance of 10 and more permanent sub-constructors (providing Electrical & Mechanical maintenance services as motor, inverter, printer card, NCU, driver, certificate accepted, crane car, roll coating, FRP coating....) with an annual contract value of US$ 7 million.
- Develop supplier relationships, review existing suppliers and source new partners/distributors across the global and local supply markets, ensure that supplier base becomes key business partners as the business further develops, and supply chain integrity and material availability are maintained
- Estimated cost and budget for services on a monthly basis.
- Collected financial reports from sub – constructors to analyze cost and the results will be used as a basis for determining the price of the new contracts.
- Interacted with relevant departments: Accounting & Planning, Maintenance, Production Dept to meet strict deadlines and budgets.
- Used ERP to create PR, managed outsourcing group
