- I had helped 3 companies got CMMI Maturity Level 3 and 2 companies applied Agile Scrum Model and Kaizen Model.
- I want to find a professional working environment with many more professional persons.
- I want to work with managers have good working method, good working mindset and always focus to working processes.
- I want to lead a QA team with minimum 3 - 5 members. They are dynamic and creative persons.
- I will collaborate with my team to make our company to professional in working processes and working method.
- I will keep quality data, measure and analysis them for suggest ideas to improve company’s standard quality.
- I want to share my experience to my team and everyone and apply them to actual working.
