Job description .
• Supplying management.
- Managing all the goods sourcing, including procurement, forecasting and stock-level management for permanent and LTO menu items.
- Assisting SCM Manager to measure, review and manage all suppliers’ performance.
• Warehouse management:
- Planning, Organizing and Controlling of Warehouse’ over-all operations.
- Identify opportunities and issues, support on daily related matter.
- Inventory control; ensure all quantity and all reporting accuracy to the business .
- Research to improve all warehouse operations according to company’s objectives.
• Importation and legal compliance:
- Ensure all procurement activities follow all corporate guidelines.
