• Job Description:
- Sep up production planning short & long-terms and in line with Demand, LU target, Current stock, stock policy for Plant.
- Propose and Set up for Company Finished Goods and Raw-Packaging materials Stock policy
- Make Purchasing Requisition (PR) on time, based on agreed lead-time with production plans, Current stock, Stock policy of material & Packaging
- Control Raw & Packaging materials beging delivery as approved PR, PO weekly, monthly…
- To ensure raw and packaging materials beging supply adequate for production schedule weekly.
- Ensure that all related planning activities completed as project schedule.
- Manage planning processes to ensure smooth execution.
- .Ensure that product of new projects and promotion program are delivered as scheduled
- To control the output reliability.
- To supply FG to customers on-time in full.
- Manage, monitor and propose solution to minimize the stock of SLOB
- Build all procedures and processes for planning department.
- Assign resources to fulfill the department objectives and activities.
- Implement the Quality management system ISO 9001 : 2000, 14001 : 2004 & HACCP in Planning department
- Set up training plan and development for Staff.
