 Conducts assessments and transfer new technician to CM shift leader

 Lead shift MTE test team to achieve performance index on capacity, MFR.
 Control and minimize scrap generated from MTE test equipment’s/jigs/fixtures.
 Networking with other functions/shifts
 Support changeover in own shift
 Support PM activity and give input for PM improvement
 Take active role in continuous improvements/Kaizen
 5S owner in MTEm test section in shift.
 As a contact window to cooperate with other sections in own shift.
 Feedback on offline equipment/jigs/fixtures for further actions to PM team
 Participate in new product NPI/LV as required.
 Participate in new manufacturing technology, processes, software and hardware evaluation.
 Evaluate technician performance, generate training requirement.
