Control every activities related to sales process such as: receieve requests from customers, develop the products from their requests, create the best solution and provide the most suitable options, help customer organize the whole tour and be responsible for payment method, deposit, require information to complete the transaction, etc.
- Be in charge of contacting customer via email, phone, fax or face to face to process the sale activities.

- Control the price and apply discount program or upgrade solution whenever necessary that still give a reasonable turnout to increase sales revenue.
- Keep searching and studying good & successful solutions to come up with more creative and flexible products to apply to different kinds of customers while understanding every customer segments' charateristics and demands.
- Keep contact and working directly with suppliers to place an order, get the beat deals on price, offers, and promotion to give my customers the best service, to reduce the cost and get a bigger benefit as a result.

- Report to General Director and make discussion about the advantages and difficulties to find out solutions and build up suitable sales programs for the upcoming season.


+ MARKETING ONLINE:

Be familiar with SEO tools:
- Take advantage of social networks and online forums for marketing purpose (i.e.: Facebook, Google Plus, Blog Spot, Twitter, Pinterest, Yahoo Answer, etc.), especially, search and use other sites in field of travel and hospitality to enlarge marketing segment and sales target such as: Travel Fish, Tripadvisor, Agoda, Expedia, etc.)
- Organize promotional programs and sales options to conduct the sales target and spread our company brand name to potential customers from over the world.
- Apply advanced SEO tools such as Directory Submission, place back links, Google index, SEO keywords, Image Marketing, so on.
- Write reports and evaluate the pros and cons of every marketing program, maintain and build SEO project and develop the new SEO tools which must be appropriate for company's products.

+ CUSTOMER SERVICE:

- As working in the hospitality environment, I have professional customer care skills that help a lot for Marketing.
 
- Be responsible for the whole sales activities, get feedback from customers to improve the service quality, follow up and provide customer service before, during and after sales.

+ ENGLISH SKILLS:

- I have a Bachelor degree of Art (major in Business English) and 2 year experience in working with foreigners in an international environment.
- Fluent in English speaking/writing/reading/listening skills.

- Have my personal laptop and home WIFI connected for working at home.
