A. Planning
• Plan and manage Marketing projects & events from coordinating for implementation, controlling delivery of tasks, to project budget managing
• Plan activities and scripts for AV knowledge in the long run.
b. Marketing Materials
• Build concept for marketing materials.
• Create contents for all Marketing Activities
• Work on PR activities & materials.
• Analyse market potential and tracking competition.
c. Sale materials
• Responsibility and organisation of information meetings and one-to-one counselling sessions.
• Initiate, support, develop and execute marketing and sales activities.
• Provide pre- and post-sales customer service to parents and students
d. Market and competitor analysis.
• Determine and analyze competitors and keep updated of the competitive landscape in order for AV knowledge to develop and keep good speed against competitors.
• Do market research and analysis for the overview.
e. Customers Database Management
• Collect & build information of customers from each promotion & advertising campaign
• Create potential customer list
f. Execution
• Implement all activities in advertising plan for products & services
• Assist in looking out for development and growth opportunities: increase brand exposure/awareness, increase database, etc.
g. Other Duties
• Register students and arise task assigned.
• Collect invoice/fee from students
