Accounts Receivable Rep ... do your strengths lie in communications, analysis and resolving delinquent customer accounts? This growing Schaumburg company will rely upon and value what you bring to the team! Multiple Accounts Receivable positions are available paying up to $15.50/hour. Accounts Receivable Rep primary responsibilities: call customers with open invoices, communicate established terms and encourage payment on account; provide customers with requested documentation monitor account agings, adjustments/ bill-to requests and approve or deny as appropriate discuss with supervisor accounts that should be forwarded to collection agencies input all contact information and complete notes for customers into computer update and assess credit information; forecast credit risks discuss account issues with assigned sales person research and resolve payment discrepancies process customer write-offs upon approval
