  Horizon Health Management is seeking an energetic, highly motivated and qualified candidate as an Activities Director. The individual considered must possess good communication, comprehension and interpersonal skills that will create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the facility.     Job Description/ Requirements:   Include but not limited to:   -          Specifically seeking applicants with a professional certification -          1-2 years exp. as an Activities Director preferred -          You will catch our attention if you’ve worked as an alternative: Certified Activities Director or Recreational Therapist in a senior care setting with a 90 hours course Certification -          Experience with MDS process, documentation, care conference if needed, and monthly resident meetings -          Experience Activities in LTC a must -          Must be knowledgeable in activities practices, standards of practice, state practice acts and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to LTC -          1-2 years of planning calendars and running group activities -
