The Recruiter is the sole point of contact for questions about this position.Immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant to help a busy Environmental Consulting Firm.Job Requirements: Job requires excelleny computer skills and organizational skills especially on Excel. *Will also assist in Document Processing, and asssisting project managers but main job will be assisting Project managers on reports and report editing.* Strong level of expertise with Excel , spread sheets, formulas, pivot tables. Excel, on Word (headers & Footers, table of content)* Formatting letters, running headers, chapters, attachments, photo logs Document/deliverable compilation (combining multiple Word, Excel & PDF documents into a single consolidated PDF file for electronic delivery to client* Accuracy and quality more important than speed* Must have understanding of Microsoft Office suite functionality (e.g., use of linked cells and formulas in Excel, strong with numbers, populate spread sheets, create tabs, logic functions, calculations)About Aerotek:Aerotek, headquartered in Hanover, Md., is a leading provider of technical, professional and industrial staffing services.
