Oversees and directly supervises the assessment and referral mechanisms of the Admissions Office and staff; maintains supervisory direction over dispositional and referral processes for all prospective patient/clients to appropriate treatment modalities.   Directly responsible for supervising the interviewing of applicants for admissions to the adolescent residential program and performing assessments and evaluations in keeping with Phoenix House policies and procedures. This includes, but is not limited to interviewing prospective clients and relatives to obtain necessary and pertinent personal and financial data to determine eligibility and appropriateness of treatment and admission.
