A. Preferably Single Male or Female of above 24 years old;
b. University graduates of Marketing/Public Relation/Business Management/Hospitality;
c. At least 1 years of working experiences.
d. Experiences in Sales or Marketing would be of advantage;
e. Computer Literate: Excellent usage of Microsoft Word and Excel;
f. Language : Intermediary Writing and Speaking of English or Mandarin;
g. Independent and great interpersonal skills
h. Possess own transport

Mô tả công việc

A. Liaison with Malaysian Merchandising Team on all matters relevant to merchandise;
b. Work closely with A&P Team in some special projects: sale event, promotion campaign…
c. Coordinate with Sale Team in any issues related to stocks
d. To ensure all repeat orders and stocks allocation to the counters of assigned brands are done promptly and accurately;
e. To ensure all stocks holding and SKU are within company’s requirement;
f. To follow up and update on merchandise discounts mode;
g. Control stocks transfer from counters to counters.
h. To report all variances of stocks lost, stocks defectives, customers complains to Marketing Manager;
i. To handle all customers services for return stocks or stocks exchange.
j. To repair all defective stocks according to the advices of the Marketing Manager/Merchandising Team in Malaysia;
k. Other assigned tasks required by the Managers.
