Backstreet Academy is looking for 2 qualified freelance expansion lead to head the starting up operations for Backstreet Academy in Hue and Hoi An respectively. Vietnam's main office is headquartered in Hanoi. The job is a 2-3 months project where we will require the expansion head to set up Backstreet Academy in these two cities. From our experiences in the eight cities we are already operational in, we have a working template for the process of set up and you will be guided through every step of the way. But more importantly, you will be able to make a difference to a community and the people that visit them.

No global movement springs from individuals. It takes an entire team united behind something big! Together we work hard, we laugh a lot, we brainstorm nonstop and give the best high fives in town! Our global team is highly collaborative, ambitious, passionate and dare we say, amazing; working in an agile and fun environment. About Backstreet Academy

Backstreet Academy helps travellers enjoy the most authentic and unique cultural experiences when they are visiting a city. Travellers have access to the forgotten backstreets to discover a ton of fresh things to do in parts of the city never been explored before! Whether it's a traditional boxing class in a village gym, carving in a local's workshop or even making your own bags from traditional/recycled materials in a local NGO, Backstreet Academy never fails to delight with our most interesting tours and activities, making us a must-visit attraction in the many cities we are in.

Backstreet Academy is also a social enterprise which works with many local people and NGOs where we select competent craftsmen in poverty and helps them to structure a course to teach the world about their traditional craft. We pair up our guests with a facilitator who will translate for our guests and provide them with all the materials they need to have a great time while making an impact.
