- Collect information on: 1) market dynamics, 2) consumer insights 3) and competitors’ movements on a regular basis and ensure the translation of these insights into winning marketing/brand programs
- Work with research agencies to conduct marketing research projects in a timely and effective manner
- Assist brand manager to develop marketing/brand plans and projects for assigned brands to deliver KPIs set by Marketing Manager
- Collaborate with and manage professional marketing service agencies (ad agencies, media agencies, BTL agencies, among others) to prepare and execute marketing programs, with approval of MM and/or CEO. - Ensure the timeliness, effectiveness and efficiency of services delivered by marketing agencies (A&P plans, designs, TVC/Print Ads production, promotion production, media planning/buying, researches etc.)
- Monitor the timely progress and effectiveness of marketing/brand programs and its contribution to the company’s sales and profit growth and propose improvements. - Manage the disbursement of budget for assigned brand to maximize ROI (return on investment)
- Report directly to Brand Manager and indirectly to Marketing Manager
