Immediate Business Analyst -Traffic Reporting Analyst-2 Positions Exciting new opportunity with growing company in Earth City who has a proven track record of career growth, employee engagement, and development.  This is a fast paced position and requires a candidate will be upbeat, outgoing, enthusiastic, proactive, and energetic.  The ability to be flexible and maintain a positive, friendly attitude is a must. The Service Center Traffic and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for optimizing the team’s skill set/queue, participating in staffing plan development, and generating reports so that performance may be analyzed and Service Center service levels met. Maintains real time view of service center statistics, reallocating resources between teams when needed, to ensure appropriate staffing levels are assigned to work/call queues (based on call volume and agent skill sets). Required to produce daily agent-centric reports, as well as weekly and monthly management, internal customer, and external customer reports. You will manage the contractor staffing process which may include but is not limited to: partnering with staffing agencies in defining our staffing goals; sourcing, interviewing and processing new contractors. Works directly with management to maintain appropriate staffing levels for each team. Monitors the efficiency and accuracy of staffing plans by ensuring that schedules meet forecasted requirements, recommending staffing plan/schedule updates to leadership as needed. Identifies service trends and issues and provides supporting data from automated systems. May be asked to provide service center-related data for special business unit or operations projects.
