Main responsibilities:
• Deputising for the manager, making decisions and delegating work when necessary
• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
• Arranging travel and accommodation and, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
• Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
• Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Screening correspondence;
- Handle and prevent interruptions, such as telephone calls or visitors, and resolve issues;
- Research and prepare data for consideration and presentation at board meetings;
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post
• Taking dictation and minutes
• Carrying out background research, make reports and presenting findings
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
• Organise and attend meetings, ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
• Carrying out specific projects and research
• Responsibility for accountability and budgeting
• Taking on responsibilities and working closely with management;
• Being involved in decision making processes
• Arrange local transportation when necessary
• Some research, media relations and promotional experience

•Needs to speak English and Vietnamese very well to translate, French is an advantage but not necessary
•At least 3 years experience
•Effective time management
•Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint).
•Knowledge of graphics useful
•Excellent organisational skills
•Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
•Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
•Analytical and problem solving
