Mô tả công việc

1. Assistance to all company departments.
2. Maintenance of company correspondence and document flow.
3. Answering the phone.
4. Translation of documents (English-Vietnamese, Vietnamese-English).
5. Preparing and submission documents for obtaining of visas, work permits, temporary residence cards.
6. Work with office equipment (printing, scanning, receiving of faxes, making copies).
7. Work in MS Word, MS Excel.
