Mô tả công việc

- Create the equipment record list for Food lab filing with operation manual for easy access

- Ensure all equipment in Food lab are calibrated and maintenance in required interval

- Ensure minimum stock of all chemical, solvent, reagent, glasswear, consumables for smooth operation of Food lab

- Arrange stock card for each item in Food lab and control In/Out quantity

- Ensure that all chemical, solvents, reagents are stored properly as per safety procedures

- Setting training plan for all tests as per equipment available

- Provide on job training for all technician in Food lab

- Has capability for performing any test

- Ensure instructions for all Lab tests to be finished , and perform the test properly - Review and interpreter test result of chemist before data entry and send test report with raw data to lab

- Ensure compliance with laboratory quality management and safety guidelines

- Be responsible to the Lab Manager for the technical and quality of all lab activities as authorized or assigned by the Lab Manager

- Report to Lab Manager in charge on testing activities

- Substitute for the Lab Manager/ Technical Manager in dealing with Labs matters when the Lab Manager/ Technical Manager is absent

- Other duties relevant to be requested by Lab Manager
