Mô tả công việc

-To be responsible and contact with customers/shipping lines, air lines and agents when there are the shipments arrive or departure..
- Follow each shpts in consequence set out in the job covering for airfreight / ocean freight.
- Check and verify documents and update to relevant parties
- Good knowledge about import and export procedures
- Responsible for delivery of all documents.
- Co-ordinate with other dept as accountant and sales department to fulfill the shipment well.
- Maintain and improve the relationship with shipping lines document dept and customers
- Report to Sales Manager for the status of cargoes each month
