Mô tả công việc

+ Job: Education & Training
+ Main responsibilities: AV Product training / Industry training Soft skill training
a. Liaise with PM & MARCOM to receive relevant product and industry knowledge
b. Provide product knowledge & industry training to internal sales, Merchandisers, PS, FSM. Frequency: weekly for industry info; as when needed for product info.
c. Provide soft skill training on quarterly basis for internal sales force to improve selling capacity
d. Develop and implement training passport tracking system for all trainees
e. Plan and draft training calendar on monthly & quarterly basis
f. Competitor study report
g. Update website
h. Report to Training Team Leader
