- Ensure the performance of site organization chart (number of staffs) and shift organization. - Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion - Observe and uphold Aden hygiene standards at all sites at all times - Directly responsible for amending & improving safety & cleanliness in a timely manner. - Submit weekly schedule and conduct regular site inspections as approved by OPS Manager - Tightly control each site’s operating cost: Food cost; Labor cost; Others cost - Complete all daily paperwork and update on-time and accurately - Verify and sign timesheet – personnel timesheet - Assess performance of unit managers & staff at the end of each month - Control the timesheet and the duty roster on site - Suggest for promotion plan and bonus for staffs - Assist & conduct continuous training programs for on-site staff - Interact & follow up with client on a regular basis for effective monitoring of client’s progress & satisfaction - Ensure all written communications to clients are well kept - Submit client quality reports monthly. Review and improve any sub-standard feedback - Seek guidance from OPS Manager as needed for a timely resolution of issues - ADEN Services’ rules (hygiene, organisation etc…) - ADEN Services’ operations process, Sites opening process…
