1. Job description
- IT help desk: support to resolve end-user’s problem on IT services such as email, website, web applications, printings, file sharing… timely
- Infrastructure Operations: Manage VietinAviva infrastructure such as serves, network devices, air con… to ensure its operating with high availability and stability
2. Requirements/ Experiences: Having knowledge in the following concepts:
Directory Services (Eg: Active Directory)
Operating systems ( Windows 2008+, CentOS Linux…)
- Internet Protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP…)
- Practical experiences with LAN, WAN implementation, operation
- Practical experiences on using Microsoft Outlook, MS Windows Operating system
- Practical experiences with end- user support and having technical troubleshooting capability
- Communicate effectively in English
- At least 1 year experience at the similar job
- Having related industry certifications will be a plus
- Having working experience in Insurance is an advantage
