Mô tả công việc

+ Guiding workers on concepts in stamping, secondary processs production.
+ Training workers on production procedures and records such as: daily quantity record, stamping material record, outgoing product.
+ Training and guiding on technical concept, procedures and working method: stamping information, machine operation technique.
+ Making plan and supervising workers’ speed.
+ Supervising wokers’ job and proposing production improvement.
+ Meeting monthly production target .
+ Implementing and accessing improvement and ideas on production procedures, updating technical properties.
+ Making sure safety and other requirements in production.
