Mô tả công việc

-Responsible for ensuring all transactions are recorded on a daily basis.
-Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
-Manage a daily shipping meeting with Customer Service to identify issues and update on shipment progress.
-Develop and implement written policies and procedures for daily operations of the department.
-Schedule and execute loading activities for the Shipping Department.
-Schedule pick-up and arrival schedules for all outbound loads (LTL and Parcel).
-Accurately track loads and promptly communicate service issues to the Customer Service Team.
-Train and supervise shipping department personnel in roles or responsibilities regarding logistics strategies.
-Assign duties and examine work for accuracy, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.
-Establish a process for matching finished goods inventory with production inventory for shipping.
-Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of shipping personnel and related transactions.
-Act as the afterhours contact for carriers and drivers pertaining to logistic issues.
-Other duties as deemed appropriate by Management and the Company.
