Mô tả công việc

1. Build and manage the Finishing organization
2. Co-ordinate with the other department to supply the necessary training for workers and staffs.
3. Ensure Finishing have enough & correct inputs to smoothly run.
4. Check and decide the best method to apply to Finishing.
5. Supervise all his/her subordinates follow correctly the procedure, Company’s rule & Regulation and conduct compliance system. He/ she should ensure proper discipline is maintained in his/her department.
6. Ensure all report be made correctly and timely to submit to management board.
