Knowledge and computer system management] skill such as: Install, Operating, Maintaining network system on fundamental of Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and Microsoft Windows Server 2012
+Knowledge of using Hirent boot (rescued – computer software)
+Knowledge of window vista, Win 7, Win 8 or equivalent MCP
+Qualification Foundation ITIL
+Knowledge of Active Directory, Terminal Services & MS SQL
+Knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing,
+Knowledge of technique, solution about the system administration.
+Qualification or knowledge equivalent to LPI1 and LPI2 level.
+Knowledge of OS reloads
+Search information quickly and easily on Google (Google-fu)
+Ability to use manages printers (set up and configuration), projector, and scanner.
+General understanding of network configurations
+At least one year of experience within IT Helpdesk environment.
Additional Skill:
 Foreign language is a plus
 High responsibility, be ready to work if any problem

- +Adept at using Microsoft Office: Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
+Set up, offer and manage account to users based on Workgroup and Domain Controller network model
+Install and fix network problems
+Adept at installing Operating system such as: Window XP, Win 7, Win 8, Window server 2003 +Set up and use restoring – data software such as: Nucleus Kernel for FAT and NTFS
+Fix problems occurring in processing Window, prevent and anti-virus effectively
+ Support users; install PC – Laptop, repair computer problems, printers, and switchboard, camera and office devices
+ Implement the requirements of company about problems relating to computer science
+Responsible for company’s informational system safeness and security
+Manage LAN / WAN network system: handle network problems occurring. Set up network system for company's main office and branches
+Data: Decentralize / Give permission for data security to carry out requests from managers, backup data daily
+Install the hardware configuration, maintain the network, and fix the parameters and system operation.
