Job Requirement
- A wealth of experience, or having enthusiasm working in logistics field.
- At least 2 years’ experience of similar position
- Good command of written / spoken English.
- Good knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, transportation and trade compliance.
- Bachelor degree in Foreign Trade, Economics, Maritime or Foreign Language University.
- Good command of computer skill (MS Office)
- Good communication skill and able to work under press

Job Description
- Check documents and release D.O to customer, control quantity of shipment
- Responsible for preparing documents related to Air/Sea Shipments (Import-Export), take care of customer service and documentation, input data in system and make payment for shipments,
- Import & Export progress control, preparing and implementing the delivery plan.
- Check statement oversea (debit/ credit)
- Settle payment monthly, make report.
- Contact directly with parties to resolve all problems: damage, inspection, goods information…
- Input data to company’s system
- Receive booking request from Customer and booking within shipping line and co-loader, making and issue HBL, AWB....
- Checking and making the schedule from shipping line/air line
- Procurement Space & Rate for Air Freight shipment to overseas
- Create & Issue Shipping documents
- Other tasks assigned by Managers.
