Mô tả công việc

•Day to day management of local systems environments (stability, security) – Email clients, Internet access, desktop & server security, File & Print services
•Desktop support, 1st & 2nd line helpdesk
•Perform routine maintenance & troubleshooting as defined in the group standards documentation
•Upgrades of hardware and software of desktop environments as defined in the group standards documentation
•Assisting in the implementation of new technologies supporting business enhancement projects
•Ensuring all data is managed efficiently and securely and regularly backed up
•Implementing new technologies in line with business strategies and growth as defined by the group IT function
•To identify areas where the department is performing poorly and propose strategies to rectify the issues.
