Yêu cầu khác

• University graduation preferred in safety field.
• Necessary work experience - 3-5 years at Construction Safety. Priority will be given to candidates having experiences with foreign-invested projects
• Knowledge of Vietnamese legislation in a field of safety, environment, industrial and fire safety, emergency situations.
• Knowledge of international safety standards
• Experience of work with state authorities
• Knowledge and understanding of safety tools (Behavior Audits, LOTO, Job Hazard Analysis, Risk Assessment, Near Misses, etc)
• Good at English communication.

Mô tả công việc

• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare reports to Project Manager/Site Manager for corrective actions.
• Check and advice on work plan or procedures for HSE prior to work commencement.
• Coordinate with owner HSE section regarding to HSE activities.
• Liaise with subcontractors’ HSE Supervisor regarding to HSE to all workers undertaken by subcontractors.
• Act at the capacity of secretary to HSE committee.
• Provide advice, guidance for accident prevention.
• Coordinate with government authorities, especially Ministry of Labor on matters of pertaining to legal HSE requirement.
• Establish and maintain proper HSE documentation system.
• Investigate all incidents and accidents and submit reports completely and remedial actions to HSE team of head office through Project Manager/Site Manager for corrective action.
• Monitor and issue of Risk Assessment
• In charge of training labor safety for employees and subcontractor, inspection & supervise during construction progress
• Others tasks/duties related to Labor Safety
