- Mastering English, proficient in MS office applications, email exchange
- At least 01 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking, problem solving mind, customer service mind, flexible, carefulness, confidence
- Can work under high pressure

Mô tả công việc

- Import:
+ Receive and check import data from agents.
+ Checking ETA/ATA/CFS operation lead-time with carriers (liners/ co-loaders).
+ Receive Arrival Notice from carriers.
+ Prepare and send Arrival Notice to Consignee( Notify parties).
+ Issue and release Delivery Order( D/O).
+ Prepare set of docs for manifest’s submission( for LCL/ consol box).
- Export:
+ Contact with customers for weekly loading plan.
+ Book space with liners/co-loader and release booking to customers.
+ Create job file, Prepare B/L( MBL/HBL) and issue HBL to Customer
+ Preparing set of payment documents to carrier/sub-contractors (Spot shipments, regular shipments).
+ Follow up procedure of shipment up to when the cargoes are released to cnee at destination
+ Controlling returned CDS Update weekly & monthly forecast of volume, revenue
