- University degree : Priority for major related Finance-Banking
- 26 - 33 years old
- At least 02 years working in finance industry with the familiar responsibility
- Teamwork, individual work
- Able to communicate with all the ranges of employee.
- Communication effectively with clients – directly & on telephone
- Well negotiating skill
- Communication with calm,
- Be able to work under high pressure,
- Be available for daily field visiting
- Planning skill
- Using operation system software
- English: Advanced level
- Good at computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point...)

- The competitive salary as well as attractive compensation and benefit will be offered to successful candidates including a wide range of allowances (birthday, individual and family allowance, insurance etc.), annual health check up and outing trip.
- We work full-time 44 hours per week from Monday to Saturday with lunch and 12 days of Annual leave and 3 days Summer leave provided.
*Note: We prefer to offer this position to candidates who are presently living in Dong Nai as we haven’t had any private bus from HCM to Dong Nai yet.

Mô tả công việc

- Supervise, schedule & support branch sales team
- Improve team spirit, increase & motivate working spirit of branch sales team
- Plan operation activities of branch sales team
- Follow up daily activities of branch sales team
- Be responsibility for all sales team operation activities
- Target achievement
- Co-operate with other Supervisor to solve problem (if any)
- Receive & summarize daily report
- Report to Sales Manager
- Others will be assigned by Sales Director & BOD
