FXLS is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Coordinator to join our growing, dynamic team.

In supporting both internal and external clients, the Sales Coordinator position will require a candidate to develop a thorough understanding our cross-channel marketing product offerings in addition to the ability to support the cross-channel marketing sales team with proposals and presentations.
Primary job responsibilities are but not limited to the following:
Work alongside Foreign trade advisor and with the Business Development team to support business development with;
• Prepare client presentations via PowerPoint, be the point person for sales presentation templates
• Manage central pricing sheets
• Facilitate the coordination of training sessions, prepare materials, coordinate attendance
• Become a knowledge expert on all products and technologies that our cross-channel marketing offers and use that knowledge to aid in the scoping of future presentations and proposals as well as in the support of client teams.
• Admin support to create growth through managing partnerships & source new relationships outside of existing sales channels
• Respond to requests for assistance from all distributors in regards to products.
• Supports/facilitates contract negotiation. Interfaces with domestic/international operations or customers
