Degree of engineer mechanic or electrician
Management experience (at least 2 years of experience in maintenance management)
Have team leadership skills
Fluency in English - listening, reading, speaking & writing
Ability to work under high pressure

Mô tả công việc

- Dealing with orders as per company policies, procedures and sales contracts with customers:
• Receiving and input orders into system
• Contact with customer and confirm orders
• Follow-up and control the order
- Handle customer’s requests
- Implement post-selling services: participate in services complaint handling, implement FG exchange and return procedures
- Check all information related to sales activities as company’s policies and procedures:
• Selling price and new information of customer
• Information of new product
- Maintain good communication with related function to achieve good support for CS activities:
• P&S : order processing
• Sales Rep. : relationship with customers
• CO: credit status of customers
• FGWH: delivery
- Do other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
