• Bachelor degree in Law or related majors.
• Good knowledge of all Vietnamese Laws
• At least 1 years' experience in Law and Law consultant.
• Have experience working in foreign law firms or equivalent is preferred
• Fluent in English with 4 skills is a must, Chinese/Japanese is preferred
• Good moral character, honest , careful, , flexible, be able to work under high pressure
• Live in Ba ria Vung tau is preferred

Mô tả công việc

• Preparing, reviewing, commenting and negotiating legal terms and conditions of all contracts, agreements, licenses, Power of attorney, minutes of understandings and other legal documents.
• Preparing legal documents for the organization structure including establishment, changing the licenses, termination of the company
• Research and collect social, economic, political news, government Law/Circular/Agreement and so on as well as case studies. Update new versions, make summary in advance and send to relevant departments.
• Supporting in settlement labor relations and disputes.
• Consulting and settling disputes related to implementing the contracts.
• Assist General Manager in preparing for BOM and shareholders meeting
• Do other administrative works related to General Office Dept.
