We have multiple opportunities in our location in Greenwood Village, Colorado for Client Management Representatives (CMR).  In this role you will be a member of an inbound relationship management team designed to retain, acquire and deliver on the needs of clients with assets below $200,000.  You will interact directly with our customers and answer inbound telephone inquiries, respond to client e-mails and conduct strategic annual reviews with customers with the goal of providing superior customer service to enhance client loyalty and retain assets.  In addition, you will have the opportunity to partner with senior sales and relationship managers as a subject matter expert on managed accounts. Primary Responsibilities Educate clients on an ongoing basis regarding asset allocation Conduct annual reviews of client’s profiles to ensure suitable portfolio allocations Probe, uncover and incorporate all relevant financial and personal data to identify the most appropriate investment strategy and identify additional investment opportunities Conduct welcome calls with new clients to solidify the relationship and outline the service model Resolve service requests in coordination with PAS Service Specialists
