Job Duties:-Work for an exciting medical device company with new and exciting technology. Fun work environment and room for career growth.-The client support position requires a mix of technical capability and interpersonal skill as you will be training clients and troubleshooting issues related to the WebSystem3 client application. -We expect the support associates to interact with customers in a professional manner, display empathy and a sense of urgency when completing and following up on customer inquiries. -Many days you will be providing a mix of services including training clients on the client application, installing software via remote connection on the client's server, completing inbound troubleshooting for clients via phone and email, helping with software installation, and completing long-term projects for clients and internal customers.
