RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a Collections Specialist in Carrolton, Texas (TX).Responsibilities: Process invoices, credit memos and debit memos for all Accounts Receivable transactions Provide customer service to all Franchise properties via established AR hotline Generate audits for specific customer accounts Set up and maintain accounts receivable files and other financial records Process cash receipts and handle credit balances Respond to questions and resolve calls regarding billing problems Prepare and maintain various reports Prepare and organize documentation necessary to collect payment Meet deadlines consistently for self and the team, display flexibility and have an eagerness to get the job done File as needed All other duties as needed or required
