INVESTMENT SALES - AGENT / INTERN The Glickman Retail Group at Coldwell Banker Commercial is a leading provider of real estate investment services. We serve institutional and private investors of retail properties in Florida, offering clients a fully integrated global platform including financial analysis and advisory services, investment sales, equity and debt placement and more. Coldwell Banker Commercial, a subsidiary of Realogy Corporation provides commercial real estate solutions serving the needs of owners and investors in the leasing, acquisition, disposition, structured finance and management of all property types. Minimum of 20 hours per week. $10/hour plus commission as soon as you become a licensed real estate sales associate. Will allow some flexibility with school schedule. Our proven training and achievement record is designed to help you achieve a six-figure income within 12-24 months. Skills Required • Entrepreneurial & Self-motivated; high-energy, dynamic • Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills. Able to interface with top level executives. • Excellent phone communication • Coachable • Real estate or finance education a plus • Strong research, analytical and problem solving • Detail oriented • Team player • Intermediate working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word • Argus experience a plus. • Multi-task oriented individual; advanced organization skills • Florid a Real Estate License preferred but not required • Commercial Real Estate Experience preferred Main Description • Data base research and maintenance. • Coordinate information and prepare market analysis data, occupancy, expense analysis, aerials, maps, rent/sales, and comparables. • Cold calls to property owners and potential investors, schedule appointments. • Prepare and write quarterly industry research reports. • Prepare commercial real estate sales packages. • Perform complicated financial modeling and spreadsheet analysis in Excel and Argus. • Review and analyze legal documents and third party reports as part of the due diligence process. • Coordinate periodic direct mail programs (i.e. newsletter, listing announcement, closed deal announcement, availabilities mailing). • Draft lease abstracts and contract summaries • Create E-Marketing (Email) campaigns Education • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
