- University Degree in Business Administration/ Import-Export or relevant fields
- Good communication in English
- Skills in negotiation, organization, problem solving skill

Mô tả công việc

- Do purchasing plan upon goods’ status & consumption, and coordinate with sales & accounting department for quantities & budget
- Contact & follow up with suppliers for orders (quantity, price, product availability, payment term, order contract…) and work with forwarder/logistics (for transport, customs, quality checking control…)
- Maintain purchasing information,order files and records
- Support Sales Department in update sales database/ quotation & contract preparation/ promotion
- Collect and update weekly sales reports
- Support Marketing Department in market research campaign and other activities: newsletters, leaflets, social net working joining, contact/ quotation sending to marketing partner
- Handle multiple duties that assigned by Sales and Marketing Manager

Work place location is HCMC District 1. We are looking for a female versatile person with experience in finance, purchasing, logistics and office admin.
