For nearly 30 years, our company,  has provided comprehensive sales, marketing, analytical and retail continuity to manufacturers in the grocery industry.  As a Food Broker we represent more than 600 brands.  We are proud of our reputation for honesty and integrity. Our corporate office is currently located in Springdale, OH but will be moving in July of 2015 to Newport, KY. POSITION SUMMARY:  Responsible for day-to-day operations of the deduction department.  Including, but not limited to guiding and supervising all deduction specialists and helping to create a “Best In Class” deduction team.  POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:  Supervise, guide and assist other deduction staff Establish matrix with which to assess employees Review and validate claims with knowledge, experience, research and communication with internal and external parties Handle invalid claims in accordance with Kroger guidelines. This includes research; creating and sending repay requests and follow up with internal and external parties Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate parties including: Business Managers, Directors or Vice-Presidents Research and develop more efficient processes used in day-to-day operations Maintain vendor criteria for handling invalid claims Maintain good working relationships with vendors and co-workers Perform special assignments for the company as needed Contribute and participate in review meetings with other deduction team members
