Customer Success Manager North America, with strong preference of New Jersey/ New York or Atlanta The Role NICE’s Customer Success Managers are skilled customer experience practitioners who have worked in large corporate organizations and have delivered tangible results in improving the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a background with operational customer experience improvement successes within call centers, digital (on-line) and/ or Retail and have worked in the Telecommunications or FIS sector and will be used to interpreting the Voice of the Customer to drive improvement in the customer experience at the operational and business level. Strong experience in improving operational efficiencies will also be in the candidate’s portfolio. The ability to analyze and summarize large volumes of quantitative and qualitative information, produce winning presentations with actionable insights into key business areas for clients across a number of industry sectors is a must. The successful candidate will be a proactive, detail oriented, intellectually curious, and a self-starter. Key Responsibilities Be a customer experience consultant and trusted advisor working alongside the NICE Fizzback client base in North America. Advise stakeholders of actions to take to improve the customer experience based on specific client business objectives and insightful data. Gather, analyse and interpret relevant data and information using proprietary database. Track emerging trends and develop thought leadership materials such as white papers, snapshots, and blogs on customer experience.
