Mô tả công việc

- Support install, configure, maintain network services, devices and telephone exchange.
- Manages all Server, PCs, system back-up and restore protocol.
- Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems.
- Monitors system performance and report if there is any abnormal.
- Applying new application and network security program.
- Co-operate with expert members for checking, upgrading or system deployment.
- Make security rules, documentation, guide line to employees follow RHQ’s requirement.
- Make Savina’ security audit and make report to RHQ for improverment.
- Control ports for data accessing, firewall, internet and legal accessing due to Samsung’s rules.
- Manage security permissions, web site, email, anti-virus, software usage and IS’ asset.
- Backup server’s data for safety.
- Plan for setting up new or changing old equipment in order to make sure it works smoothly and prevent problem.
- Support due to issue demand.
