University degrees – Business Administration or Logistics relevant discipline
3 years’ experience in similar capacity and working experience
Dynamic and logical thinking
Ability to manage large group on day to day operations

Knowledge and experience using the ERP is an advantage

This position contributes to the success of the Zalora by leading a team of frontline employees to deliver orders to key customers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment.
Key activities include but not limited to manage a group of 10-15 delivery drivers to perform door-to-door service at customer side.
Answer field customer calls regarding deliveries and ensure 100% customer service
Ensure compliance of Zalora Policy and deliver safety standards
Route planning for next day delivery in logical and efficiency way
Follow up and monitor shipment for on time in full delivery
Update tracking sheet in Google Docs as well as OMS/ERP system
Control and manage for reschedule orders
Perform Daily/Weekly/Monthly report to Head of Department
Maintain process improvement to further enhance productivity of deliveries
Coach, lead and develop drivers to support the sales organization
Conduct team meetings and safety training to ensure that preventive measures are enforced
