This position will report to the SeaRay Palm Coast General Manager with a strong dotted line to the Senior Director, HR for Brunswick Boat Group.Scope: 700 employees, one plant.Accountabilities:Be a key driver for establishing a performance focused organization (through Performance Management Process), where people are aware of their part in delivering the business plans, and where objective setting, coaching and performance review processes are in place for all salaried employeesImplement and sustain an effective approach to the identification of training needs, including a highly structured onboarding process, delivery of training and evaluation of the training outcomesCreate and execute Human Resources Strategy for SeaRay Palm Coast that will align with the overarching business needs at SeaRay and Brunswick Boat GroupDrive Cultural Change Management throughout SeaRay that recognizes and rewards excellence and encourages performance improvement to reach highest levels of team member morale and engagement through team buildingAs a member of the Sea Ray leadership team, contribute to the development of business plans and targets, and working with Brunswick Boat Group (BBG) Vice President, Human Resources, contribute to the overall strategic direction of the groupEstablish, implement and ensure effective and positive employee relations in order to ensure the location remains trade union freeEffectively manage a team of 3-5 Human Resources professionals to success through goal setting, coaching and motivationNetwork across BBG and other Brunswick HR populations to leverage the capabilities and processes in HRM and Health & Safety across the group and externally in order to drive best practice & fitting applications at SeaRayPartner with Consolidated Recruitment Team on targeting quality salaried talent as well as ensuring hourly production hiring aligns with production demand via a blended third-party / in-house hiring approachDirect the establishment and oversee the execution of communication plans and activities that articulate the business objectives, plans, budgets and performance in order to maximize the individual and collective contributions to continuously improve the performance of the business
