Duties and Responsibilities: Expert in specific Electrical requirements for applications in germane market(s).  With the ability to focus on building systems dedicated to power, lighting, and low voltage Demonstrate experience in document delivery related to varied approaches such as Design-Bid-Build, fast-track delivery, and Integrated delivery via Design-Build Leads the design team to produce construction documents that meet the project requirements within the allocated schedule and budget Proven competency in delivering using Revit and other BIM applications.  This will include the work planning activities associated to a BIM enabled process Report status of design process and cost analysis to Director and Project Manager and evaluates Value Engineering (cost cutting) items with respect to our level of risk Review and discuss project goals, objectives, design standards and procedures with Project Managers and Director of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Front-end involvement to apply best practices to set the proper direction of the project in SDs and DDs. Contributes to revisions of company design standards and master specifications for discipline Lead and develop a team of specialists, technicians, and engineers assigned to applicable projects to ensure quality assurance, discipline scope, scheduling and budgeting Provide information for and participate in various pre-design services such as: feasibility, site selection, and cost analysis Prepares studies and reports for electrical systems on projects as well as edits and develops basis of design narratives documenting project scope Executes complex electrical designs with conflicting design requirements or difficult coordination Prepare code compliance evaluations and participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance in relation to zoning laws, fire regulations, building codes and other ordinances Develops as well as oversees development of design concepts by designers, technicians to better ensure proper application and execution Manages work plans and deliverables on multiple projects Meeting project budgets and schedule objectives while championing a rigorous Quality Management process This position will collaborate with a multi-disciplined team of Architects and Engineers and be responsible for the electrical engineering leadership for multiple projects that may be scheduled concurrently.   Revit MEP Proficiency is desired with knowledge of how to leverage other production software focus on BIM
