- Last year student or fresh graduate student in IT/Telecommunications
- Strong experience in Windows systems administration (Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Server 2012) and troubleshooting (system setup, account management, backup/restore, network printers, application installation and peripheral installations).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Active Directory, MS SQL Server, MS IIS is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are also required.
- Effective in English listening and speaking skills
- Ability to work under pressure with dynamic work load and time pressure

- Deliver IT service and support to end-users. Redirect problems to appropriate resources.
- Responsible for hardware (laptop, desktop) set up, software install and troubleshooting of centralized and distributed Windows systems.
- Configure, install and maintain the local network infrastructure such as Network Operation (DHCP, DNS...), Server & Client Management, Operating System Management, VoIP phone, Access Control System...
