Checking worker's attendance with supervisor /production assistant and prepare attendance list. Prepare daily attendance report
Order lunch for all employees
Order dinner for ot
Prepare the decision of employment termination letter
Update employee resignations in hr system
Follow up and renew labor contact for staffs and workers
Prepare trainee machine operators report
Prepare weekly recruitment follow up report
Prepare kpi report
Update up gradation of trainee machine operators to sewing machine operators
Forecast actual turnover based on actual turnover
Make cadre report
Update salary adjustment to hr system
Update news labor contact/ renew labor contract to hr system
Prepare annual leave plan form and send to supervisor
